• Proven experience in a senior leadership or management role within a nursery or similar setting.

• Work closely with parents to provide updates and support for their child’s development.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with babies in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and a commitment to creating high-quality learning experiences.
• A nurturing, patient, and positive approach to childcare.
